Can you ship to a PO Box?Absolutely!

Do we ship oversees?We sure do! The shipping rate will be calculated into your total. EFF has the discretion to charge customs fees, duty, provincial taxes, and other import fees based on item value and country of origin. Customers and/or recipients are responsible for any customs charges and taxes required by their country’s customs service.

How do you ship?We offer free shipping to our US domestic customers through USPS.

If there's a problem can I return my item?If you've changed your mind or are unsatisfied with your purchase, you may return your new, unused, items, with tags and packaging intact, within 30 days of receipt. You will receive a full refund, minus shipping costs. Once notified we will provide return instructions. Once we have received and evaluated items to be in good condition, we'll promptly issue a refund. Damaged items If you receive a damaged item, please notify us within three business days of receipt. We will either: Refund you in full or in part, depending on the extent of the damage or the availability of the product. Replace your product with the same product if available. We may request photos of the damage to help us determine which replacement pieces to send, or we may require that you return the item to us for inspection, at our cost.
